• Returns and refunds are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

• Used, worn, washed, or altered items, or items returned after 14 days, are not eligible for return or refund.

 

• Lingerie and intimate items are non-refundable and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons — no exceptions.

 

• If your return is approved, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to your original method of payment.
