Processing Time 

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. 
  • Estimated delivery times: Domestic (within): 3–7 business days                                                    

Delays 

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs clearance. 

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. 

Incorrect Addresses 

  • Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. 
  • Lost or Damaged Packages 
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
